Our motor repair shop is located in one large building totaling 20,000 square feet. Inside there is a total of 50 tons worth of crane capacity. We have four lathes with the largest machine capable of a 48" swing. 2 VPI tanks at 6' x 6' and 9' x 11'. 2 bake ovens and one large digitally controlled burnout oven. Our motor test stand is capable of 240VAC - 7,200 VAC and 0-600 VDC. Our shop test equipment consists of 2 Baker Hi-Pot testing machines a D12 and a D30R. Our core loss tester is a Lexesco 200Kva model 2200. |
